"I have been a client of Chris Nickas and his State Farm team for a few years now. I decided to make the change in companies, and specifically to Chris’s office because my boyfriend (now husband) had been with Chris for many years and I was able to see first-hand how awesome Chris AND his staff were. There a was glaring discrepancy between the customer service I had been receiving from my previous insurance provider’s office and the excellent service Chris and his team were providing to my boyfriend. From our regular contact with his excellent office manager, Bianca, to the pleasant and professional staff members who answer the phone, we could not be more impressed with the outstanding customer service. Not only do we get personalized service from Bianca, who seems to have a familiar relationship with all of her clients, but Chris never forgets a face or back story and reaches out regularly to check on his clients’ well being.
The familial feeling we get every time we call or go by the office is second-to-none and we are very fortunate to have such great people to work with. We have also brought my husband’s mom over as a client and we would more than highly recommend anyone to go see how great they are!
The team at Chris Nickas’s State Farm office make the change well worth it, but the rates State Farm offers are also excellent. When it comes down to it, it’s an all-around WIN WIN!"

"Marissa at the Chris Nickas State Farm agency has been fantastic to work with. Over the past couple of weeks I added a new car to my policy and swapped a leased Volvo, and she handled everything by email with quick responses, even when I changed the delivery dates on her more than once. "Marissa Fritz and Chris Nickas are the best of any auto insurance carriers I have experienced. I joined State Farm 2 years ago when my prior carrier had little to no human interaction when I had a concern. Marissa and Chris are quick to reply and handle any issues that arise. I switched bank billing and had two girls go off to college which created a lot of moving parts to get handled. It was seamless and the communication from their office is unmatched anywhere. Oh, did I not mention that their price for our vehicles was the best value of 4 other companies that I checked."
