"Weve been with State Farm for over 25 years. Our Agent retired and we were transferred to this agent's office. It was a little rocky at first but then Laurie Newmes (Customer Relations Rep) seemed to take over our account. We were about to go elsewhere until she came along. She saved the account without realizing it. Previously, I had always contacted Bianca for anything we needed and If it were a simple Cert or a NEw additon, everything was quick and convenient. But anything beyond the day to day like, if we could somehow combine all the policies to make things easier (we had over 5 renewal dates!) IT was always "not possible". I asked why we were always receiving notices of increases to our policies but again always some vague reason why we had to pay more than we were quoted. (To maintain professionalism, I'll not leave a review on Bianca) I was on personal leave for a few months and when i came back, our company was now communicating with Laurie for our needs. Shes amazing, a God-sent. She's helped us clean up our numerous policies, streamlining them (even though I had been told that was not possible) and saving us thousands (somewhere between 8k and 10k per year) in the process. She found where we were overpaying and recommended that she review our policies , then implemented any change that would save us money. (I'll say it again, SEVERAL THOUSAND per year!) She's diligent, resourceful, and extremely helpful. It's a pleasure to work with her. I'd give her 10 stars if it were possible.
